One of the iconic series of Infinix mobility brand mobile phones is the Note series. They are generally well known for their sleek design and as the name denote serves as a real Note, with some models (Infinix Note 5 and 6) having a stylus pen. Infinix Note 7 is the latest in this series, coming in two variant, the Infinix Note 7 and Note 7 Lite.
The new Infinix Note 7 will be the first Infinix Mobile phone with Android 10. The phone also comes with a powerful Mediatek Helio G70 which is ideal for mainstream smartphone users and elite mobile gamers.
Infinix Note 7 Review
Hardware
As usual, Infinix Note 7 is also powered by MediaTek processor. With a powerful Mediatek Helio G70 Octa-core (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.7 GHz Cortex-A55) running the phone, you are sure to enjoy a smooth gaming experience, coupled with a Mali-G52 graphics processor. It comes with a microSDXC extension slot (dedicated slot) and variants of internal memory of 64GB 4GB RAM, 128GB 4GB RAM, and 128GB 6GB RAM. It also comes with a unique side-mounted fingerprint for security. I am still waiting to see when Infinix will start using Type C USB as this still uses a USB 2.0 on-the-go
Design and Display
Like others in the series, Infinx Note 7 is sleek in its design, quite unique among all other Infinix phones with a circular camera arrangement at the rear and a kind of iridescent color. It fits perfectly into the hands weighing just 206g at 8.8mm thickness. The display is a whopping 6.95 inches full view Infinity-O display with a punch-hole front camera, like the Infinix S5 lite. The display uses an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors with HD (720 x 1640 pixels) resolution. It is protected by corning gorilla glass.
Camera
Infinix Note 7 comes with the biggest camera yet on an Infinix Mobile Phone, with a 48 MP Ultra High-resolution quad-camera at the rear. The camera comes with a powerful AI image Stabilization that ensures you have a clearer image and the best shot with its night mode.
The Quad-Camera has it a 2MP 40mm macro lens that helps you capture the smallest detail in an image at a very close range. Infinix Note 7 also has on it a 16MP front punch-hole camera for your selfie.
Battery
Oh yes, this is one reason I love the Infinix Note 7, it is a powerhouse with 5000 mAh Non-removable Li-Po battery. With this, you get to enjoy the power of the Helio G70 longer. You don’t also have to worry about taking an eternity to charge as it comes with 15w super fast charging.
