Tecno Camon 12 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset octa-core processor with 4GB of RAM. It does reasonably well for storage, it is available as a 64GB model, which can be expanded with a dedicated microSD card slot.
Battery
The battery power is also fairly good at 4000 mAh which is guaranteed to get you through the day with little to no charging required. However, there is a little downside to this, the phone does not ship with conventional fast charging technology – but that won’t be too much of a problem as it won’t charge slowly either.
Display and Design
Tecno Camon 12 comes with a 6.52-inch IPS LCD capacitive Crystal Dot Notch touch Screen, weighing just 170.7g, and 8.2mm thickness. It has a modest screen resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The phone comes in three variant colors, Dawn Blue, Dark Jade, and Sky Cyan.
Camera
This is why the phone falls into the Camon category, it is camera-centric. On the front, there are a 16 megapixels AI-powered Selfie camera capable of HDR pictures and recording, with Dual LED flash to support it.
The back camera is also very impressive, having a 16MP camera plus 2MP and 8MP depth sensor, Triple Rear Camera with Quad Flash. With this, you can be sure to have a richer and brighter picture even in a low light condition.
